In honor of Chris Lillig, both the Men and Women's feature events of the Old Capitol Criterium will compete for the prestigious Chris Lillig Memorial Cup.

The Old Capitol Criterium and Iowa City Road Race races are all held under permit through USA Cycling, which works to build the sport of bicycle racing, assists with athlete development, and sustains international competitive excellence.
